The Cottage on Fairview: (Built 1927) Complete Renovation

The Tudor on Fairview: (Built 1917) Historic Tudor Restoration. Original Neel Reid design. In this historical Druid Hills three-story home's past, it had been made into two apartment units.  Tilghman Lifestyle Communities completely remodeled this beautiful home using the orginal plans and restore it to is original floor plan.  Additionally, the kitchen was modernized with all new cabinetry and appliances.  Hardwood floors were installed throughout.  Furthermore, Tilghman Lifestyle Communities created a wall of stain glass windows upstairs and they added a wine cellar in the lower level. Italian Cast Plaster Fireplace, Restored Ballroom, Replaced window sash with distressed glass. The home also has a restored formal English garden.

The Habersham: This home was a Buckhead renovation with a 2500 square foot addition.  The house has cherry wood paneling throughout. The kitchen has been modernized with all new cabinetry and appliances.  Additionally, the private pool deck and the complete pool surface is made of beautiful slate.  Tilghman Lifestyle Communities also added a sauna to the home.
